I am an Assistant Professor in AIU's English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Program. I have been involved in English language teaching and learning since 2001 as a teacher, administrator, and teacher educator across various educational settings in South Korea, China, Canada, and Japan.

研究分野

My research aims to highlight the transdisciplinary nature of additional language teaching and learning. Therefore, my inquiry often explores contributing factors to the process of additional language (L2) socialization in post-secondary English language programs. My future research looks to explore these themes in the Japanese context.

Key areas of focus include:

• Task-based Language Teaching
• English Language Teacher Education
• Writing Center Innovation
