Evaluation Committee in Tomoshibi,2019/11 - 2019/12
The Tomoshibi Screening Committee is held every year from November to December. In 2048, the judging will be held on December 12 (Thursday) from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
*The closing time is subject to change depending on the number of participating groups. (About 10 groups each year)
After listening to presentations by each organization and a question-and-answer session, the 9 items will be evaluated on a 5-point scale using the attached judging sheet.
After the presentations by all groups are completed, a decision will be made on whether or not each group will be subsidized and the amount of subsidy based on the screening sheet.
Judging Criteria
(1) Public interest: Does the project benefit a large number of citizens?
(2) Necessity: Is the purpose, perspective, and content of the project activity clearly stated and in line with local issues and citizen needs?
(iii) Feasibility: Is the project plan formulated with feasible methods, schedule, budget, etc.?
(iv) Originality: Is the project original and creative in terms of ideas, perspectives, and foresight?
(5) Development and continuity: Is the organization and its projects recognized as having development and continuity prospects?
(6) Effectiveness: Can clear effects be expected?
(7) Independence: Is the organization striving to secure its own financial resources, and is the participation fee and other costs borne by the beneficiaries reasonable?
(viii) Awareness: Is the applicant enthusiastic and motivated to implement the project?
(ix) Eligibility: Is proper accounting (budget status) being done, and is the subsidy money being used appropriately?
Also, is the amount of the subsidy appropriate compared to the carry-over funds and activity expenses of the organization, etc.? -
